The accounting profession is in a state of constant changing and it is clearly evident that businesses are in a beta mode for a while now, needing to reinvent themselves into an agile and innovative powerhouse able to thrive in today’s disruptive world. This trend is also evident in the Bstar SMSF Insights Report.
BGL REGTECH 2018 was also the launch for BGL’s next industry campaign – Bring back the Accountants Exemption – since the current system is clearly not working. There is no doubt accountants are the best placed to give advice on SMSFs and the support we have received from over 1,300 clients at BGL REGTECH 18 has been deafening.
With 28 sponsors, BGL REGTECH 2018 was an incredible opportunity for our clients and accountants to keep themselves up to date and to hear from industry thought leaders such as Aaron Dunn from Smarter SMSF, Steph Hinds from Growthwise, Trent McLaren from Practice Ignition and Karl Durrance from AWS.
